Outcomes

Outcome 1:

By completing the tracking system goal, I kept files and correspondence organized for the director. The benefit of this outcome is that future Directors in this position have a foundation they can build upon and members have a consistent point of contact in case they have any questions.

 

Outcome 2:

By completing the updating bylaws goal, I helped raise the GPA requirement from a 2.8 to a 3.0. The benefit of this outcome is that scholarship in our organization is taken more serious and holds our members to a higher standard.

 

Outcome 3:

By completing the recognition goal, I helped members who have done well stay motivated to continue to do well in their studies. The benefit of this outcome is that members get positive recognition for the good they are doing in class.
